Hello & welcome to my side of the internet. My name is Forrest Ryan and I am a born and bred South Carolinan. I grew up on a large farm in the Upstate of South Carolina where I was surrounded by nature and more than a few acres to roam. I have always had a thing for real estate as I managed over 30 properties for my friend's father when I was 18, learning the ends and outs of flipping and property management. I ventured to Columbia for school in 2013 and have been a part of the growth of this lovely city ever since.
